Has anyone women out here ever experienced this with their periods, what’s your take?

This is just a thing I wanted to discuss with women out there. So when the pandemic started I was 18. Periods were fine would actually up in stress (I stress badly, not good I know). But when the pandemic happened I changed my eating habits. Like less processed food and more home cooked meals, I actually listened to my mom on that. I wasn’t exercising much. Gained some weight here and there. Just an entire change. Also I’m not sexually active as a side note. My doctor saw all was fine with me and she just put me on a low dose BC with helped tons esp with my acne. Well I stopped for five months and all was fine but now I’m back in school resuming a normal life. I’m mixing up my food habits here and there, mix of cooked foods and outside food since I’m usually at school. I’m exercising more now. But yeah back to some grave stress too. I noticed an eczema patch shown up in both cases where my period went irregular

going to likely regulate again with my bc as things have changed again in life

but have any of you women out there experienced menstrual irregularity with life changes and all like this? Should I freak out or just take this and make the needed changes?
