i mean you can just exercise and eat relatively little and healthy and that'll do it i guess, that's how i lost my first 10 pounds. i just think that it's ideal to count calories (ONLY if you think your mentality is healthy enough that you won't get obsessed with it and are not going to be at risk of developing anorexia or bulimia) regardless since it's just better to keep track and be aware of what you are eating and how much.
Staying hydrated drinking water, sports and eating healthy all while... totally not knowing how many calories we are supposed to take in? 🥺 please? 😂
