It's pretty hard to lose weight without some form of exercise but the only ways to do that really would be calorie deficit or a diet designed to burn fat. If you're going to mess with your diet on an extreme basis though it's best to speak to a doctor or nutritionist to make sure you are staying health with it.

Eliminate salt out your diet or use sparingly. Walking 15 000 steps a day. Dance for 2 hours on your favourite dance music. Music you enjoy - it won't feel like a workout because you're enjoying yourself.
Honestly eating small amounts of food. I have a yogurt and a small cake thing and thennI only eat one meal a day and then only a little bit. Eating less really works. Eating spicy food makes you full faster aswell and eating slowly. I also have a fast metabolism. I have heard lemon is great for loosing weight.

Eat less amount of calories. If your recommended daily caloric allowance for your age, height, and gender is 2000 calories, eating less than that allowance will lead to weight loss. Intermittent fasting or eating two meals a day can result to weight loss.
No safe longterm way to do that. Short term you could spit a lot but it's very short term & you risk dehydration. You need to exercise to safely lose weight & when you exercise you need to eat. It's not bad to eat when you exercise. Your body will use the food to build muscle and extract needed nutrients.
Vegan diet I've heard help people lose weight pretty fast. Just improve your diet while still eating a healthy amount of calories. If you do it the unhealthy way you'll just gain it all back soon as you start eating a normal amount again, since your body's nutrien levels are fucked

Well I've been on Keto+fasting for approx 8 months and lost 63 lbs.
