Yes I have always been in really good shape and a couple years ago my boss moved me into the office to start taking off bids.
And after about six months I felt sluggish. I had gained some weight and I could feel myself just not being me. I used to race dirt bikes like I said I was always in good shape and I went out I can one day and I couldn't do the things that I used to be able to do it and I had to really look at myself and I know what needed to be done and I didn't want to start working out again so I just start walking and within a week my head started to clear it's like I was lifting a frog and within two weeks food started tasting better I mean just everything started getting better and I could feel a difference in my body so I started walking faster and before I knew it I mean I was toned even my nose was toned LOL I had definition back in my chest in my six pack as my whole body I have a bubble but it was back LOL that's funny but yeah I recommend it to anybody just to clear your mind you start seeing things in a whole different manner if you just sit still all day and don't do much. It takes a toll on your body on your mind you become stagnant you don't really know it until after you start walking and into about a week 2 weeks 3 weeks you really notice in 4 weeks you feel like a brand new person

It's pretty hard to lose weight without some form of exercise but the only ways to do that really would be calorie deficit or a diet designed to burn fat. If you're going to mess with your diet on an extreme basis though it's best to speak to a doctor or nutritionist to make sure you are staying health with it.

Diet - Intermittent fasting. Food alternatives. Check the window period and try it out to see if it works for you. Stretching and certain accupressure can help you lose weight. Eliminate salt out your diet or use sparingly. Walking 15 000 steps a day. Dance for 2 hours on your favourite dance music. Music you enjoy - it won't feel like a workout because you're enjoying yourself.

Honestly eating small amounts of food. I have a yogurt and a small cake thing and thennI only eat one meal a day and then only a little bit. Eating less really works. Eating spicy food makes you full faster aswell and eating slowly. I also have a fast metabolism. I have heard lemon is great for loosing weight.

Eat less amount of calories. If your recommended daily caloric allowance for your age, height, and gender is 2000 calories, eating less than that allowance will lead to weight loss. Intermittent fasting or eating two meals a day can result to weight loss.

You need to exercise to safely lose weight & when you exercise you need to eat. It's not bad to eat when you exercise. Your body will use the food to build muscle and extract needed nutrients.

And stop focusing on weight if you're close to normal weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. A woman could be fit and weigh more than another woman who is fat/sloppy looking. A lot of women lie about their weight numbers too so you can't compare your weight to other women's numbers. Look at body fat percentage to set goals.

+1 yStarve. You cannot succeed without exercise, sorry. You have to introduce a calorie deficit that your metabolism cannot overcome. You may drop a little here and there, but exercise is the biggest factor. I'd argue it's superior to diet alone.

The "daily caloric deficit" bullshit is the worst advice of all. As someone who's struggled his whole adult life to lose weight, hearing the "starve yourself" garbage just pisses me off. Shit doesn't work whatsoever AND it's very unhealthy.

There is no easy solution to weight loss, sadly. Everyone's body is different and they process, burn, and store fat at different rates. Thus, people having different looking bodies, even amongst overweight people. This is something a bunch of random strangers on GAG can't answer for you. You need MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS to figure this out. At best, you'll get the "healthy diet and exercise" generic advice, but as someone who's been doing that, it doesn't always work to lose weight. (In my case, I am "gaining muscle," according to my trainer; not losing a single pound at all. It sucks.)

Wow. What a douche.. Eating disorders aren’t a joke. Also maybe research the true characteristics of people who actually suffer from an eating disorder before you make a joke of it. Studies show that more often than not, people suffering from bulimia actually gain weight rather than lose.
