Try intermittent fasting and reduce the intake of carbohydrates. It works but if you want a toned tummy then workout is essential.

Have you tried bulimia? You can eat all you want and don't have to work out. Drawback is your finger smells like barf and your teeth rot out of your head.
Wow. What a douche.. Eating disorders aren’t a joke. Also maybe research the true characteristics of people who actually suffer from an eating disorder before you make a joke of it. Studies show that more often than not, people suffering from bulimia actually gain weight rather than lose.
There will be negative effects to losing weight without exercise. Exercise needs to be include for long term health. We can work on finding an activity you enjoy and can stick with.
@MrReliable12 The "daily caloric deficit" bullshit is the worst advice of all. As someone who's struggled his whole adult life to lose weight, hearing the "starve yourself" garbage just pisses me off. Shit doesn't work whatsoever AND it's very unhealthy.
@Reesi There is no easy solution to weight loss, sadly. Everyone's body is different and they process, burn, and store fat at different rates. Thus, people having different looking bodies, even amongst overweight people. This is something a bunch of random strangers on GAG can't answer for you. You need MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS to figure this out. At best, you'll get the "healthy diet and exercise" generic advice, but as someone who's been doing that, it doesn't always work to lose weight. (In my case, I am "gaining muscle," according to my trainer; not losing a single pound at all. It sucks.)

Get an active hobbie you really like.
Most won't keep a healthy diet, when they are used to eating whatever. Would be most edfective though.
Give up drinks with sugars etc try eat less candy and try to ear just 3 times a day don't eat too many bad snacks :)
Nutrition.
Changing up the amount of food / energy you consume.
Eating more fibriius and fresh foods - moving away from processed foods
If you use a chainsaw to cut off your legs you can drop quite a few pounds damn near instantly. And no exercise needed

Dance, run walk, climb, any else that keeps your blood pumping, body moving.
Cut the carbs.
But do so under medical supervision.
You won't look good without working out no matter the weight.
