Sometimes it is so fun and sometimes so stressful.
I learned: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, C# and Python.
Mostly used C#.
With todays AI agents, it is so easy to bring a project to life in seconds.

I'm a professional coder, I work for a digital entertainment company (in simpler words, I code videogames).
I don't know if coding is your job or just one of your hobbies, I hope I won't sound like a mansplainer.
You're probably overestimating how much A. I can code efficiently and flawlessly. A. I tends to "hallucinate", or not understand what the user exactly wants; one wrong line of code that doesn't interact properly with the rest and the program may have issues.
Coders are still needed, especially during the debugging process.
Sure, A. I will be able to code by itself in the future, but it still can't do it. A. I is good at creating simple projects, but it's not enough for complex projects at the moment.
And you still underestimate the power of it. It used to take months to create the basics of the projects. Now just seconds. Then you can edit it however you want
It can quickly do what hundreds of other people have done before, but what about something novel?
How do I underestimate a tool I use daily?
About the debugging process, you are right. But even todays AI is a miracle for me. Some coders still make fun of it. In a very short period of time, it has made an incredible amount of progress
Yes, I went down that rabbit hole when I had my blog. I want nothing to do with it now.
I can understand why, one of the most stressful things. I am glad AI now takes the most burden of it, that's one of the best sides of AI. Even when I was a kid, I already got that coding is not for humans but for robots. Coding jobs are against human nature for me.
Yes might be fun to do again, but I don't love looking at screen all day and the debugging like I used to. AI opens up the world to ones creative mind creating.
What tools did you use to create those?
Do you actually know those languages or "it" makes it for you?
Yes, i had to take 2 semesters of a recursive language in college. I took C++. That was enough for me.
You already chose the hardest one. That's so wrong for a start
I remember working with C++ off and on for about 15 years, and I was still surprised by a feature I hadn't known about.
@PacShakur At the time that was the language that most employers looked for. I hated programming and went into systems work
Completely useless skill today. Bill Gates said recently that not only is AI faster it is more accurate than any human coders. Code is where AI lives... we just visit. Sorry. You may as well have opened a saddlery.
C, C++, a bit of C#; PHP, ASP, a bit of. net. This AI slop code is the bane of our existence as ITPLs. I see its usefulness for scripts, but don't want to have it in large compiled projects.
Yes, Smart Home control in my house. It's nothing complicated just lot of logic gates and memory values
Much of my career involved software: design, coding, testing, maintaining. I started with FORTRAN, but most was in C and Assembler.
Since 1980, yes. I don't use AI, but it probably uses my work.
There’s nothing to really learn from you just hold your Gal on the couch And she rest her head on your shoulder,
It seems a little tedious for me
So boring sometimes
I learned the basics a while ago
Yes and I can't do it
Why?
Too hard
So easy actually. Depends on the project. Tell me what you want to build
