How to lose weight without working out?

I will admit I am lazy and don't like working out. I am willing to cut back on portions but I find the hunger pangs excruciating and I know if I work out, I could eat more and feel more satiated but I don't feel like it.

So what are some ways I can tolerate the hunger pangs? What can I do to stop feeling the hunger pangs besides exercising?
