I've been drinking weight loss liquids for months while eating a 2 or 3 normal meals each day and my weight has not lowered but my body fat has decreased a lot. I have to throw out my night gown because what used to be the neckline of my night gown is now reaching the middle of my boobs and wearing it makes me look like a loose woman. The same thing happened in 2019 - I ate low carb and only lost 20 pounds but the neckline of my old shirt began to reach below the bottom of my boobs because I lost so much body fat and the shirt was too loose on me afterwards.

Muscle weighs more than fat by volume, so your dress size and body fat % can decrease while your weight stays the same IF you are also gaining muscle mass.

One thing to remember, Hun, is that your body is always focused on conservation. This is why running is a terrible way to lose weight - your body needs to constantly be surprised (at least every 2 weeks) with different exercises, to avoid your body adapting to its idea of the most efficient way to deal with the stresses on it. There is a lot more to this stuff than people think - hit me up any time.
Don't eat so much, and work out more. Then, you're only losing the right sort of pounds...
