Workout advice- I don't wanna lose too much of my curves

I've recently started to work out again but I seem to be packing on the muscle without losing the fat :/ I eat pretty healthy but I'm busy and honestly I forget to eat sometimes- so I'm already gonna change that

Also I'm a really bad sleeper so I stay up all night and my hours are wacky and I'm trying to sort that too

My main goal is to loose about 15pounds or more up to 30 and tone my stomach and thighs

I'm 5-8 about 160

I'm very curvy 34gg-27-40 but I'd like to be 34gg-25-37or 38

I'm looking for exercises I can do at home- I don't have weights but I've got tones of heavy stuff in the house I could work with

So far I've been doing a lot of leg workouts and dancing, I've tried running but my stamina is in the gutter
