I have been working out for about a year now, i go to the gym 4-5 times a week and I try to eat healthy on a daily basis. I just feel like I am lost in terms of nutrition and exercise movements such as how many sets and reps and I'm kinda border of my workout routine. I cannot afford personal one on one training, as it's too expensive in my area so a friend recommend me to an online coach which is so much cheaper! Plus he's in really great shape and has a lot of clients on FB and IG that say great things about him and there before and after pics are impressive. Anyways is it worth my time and money to hire an online coach? What have been your experiences with online coaches? by the way I'm 5'4, 153 pounds, at about 23-25% body fat, I'm not chunky or fat by any means, I'm just what guys consider "thick" but I wanna look like a fit girl! You only live once and I want to be able to look back at pics and say fuck yea that was me! I want my future kids to say "wow mom u looked incredible!"
Why online? A real person will motivate you more and help you correct things someone online would have no way of knowing you're doing.
If your squat form is bad, which is actually dangerous, a trainer that's in the room with you can show you how to correct it on the spot.

I wouldn't recommend it but I've never done it so I don't know.
