My period is three days late. What's going on?

I am now three days late for my period. There are no chances of me being pregnant either. I have discharge, and it is watery. usually when I get my period, it is ALWAYS on time, and for about three days before, I will be getting cramps. however, I haven't gotten cramps, which means I don't have signs of my period coming. I am suspected of having endometriosis, even though my first laparoscopy came back negative. My doctors still believe I have it. However I have never missed a period, or it has never been late. I don't know why this is. please help. I honestly don't know any factors causing this. in addition to this, I have been having sharp pains in my lower pelvis. however, it only occurs when I go to sit down. the moment my bottom side hits the chair, it's like I get a small sharp pain (as though something is pushing into me) in my lower left pelvis.

Thank you. I had that long context because it spoke about other health issues that I might have and now I have never been late. Also with some type of pain I've been getting. It's now five days late

If you’re that concerned why do you even have sex at all because sooner or later something is going to happen and rubbers can break and things are not a guarantee

Clearly you didn't read my whole post. I said there's no chances of being pregnant. Aka, me being a virgin. So before you comment, please read. I was speaking about potential medical issues too

Late periods are often caused by stress.

I know I have been stressed, but that was mainly before my last period. I was so stressed back then. Now this month, I'm stressed, but a lot more at ease. I'm now five days late
