Any cardio strength training workout recommendations, or tips I want to Amp up my fatloss but continue getting strong?

So a bit of back story in the last 3 years I managed to gain & lose about 45lbs.
1st time - I lost 30lbs.. basically I was in a high stress job & only ate one meal a day.. if at all & lost a lot of weight. Once things started to calm down I slowly began binge eating & gained just about all of it back within months.
2nd time- I started my vegan journey along with incorporating more physical activity into my daily routine. During this time the pandemic also hit & I had a lot of free time which I'd spend bike riding & walking. I lost the weight I had gained from part one & some more. ( I was the skinniest I'd been since early highschool)
3rd time- After the pandemic free time endorphins wore off. I fell into a DEEP depression where I didn't get out out of bed for days at a time, I started ubereating everyday because I couldn't gather energy to cook. I gained like 40lbs in 4 months... & got to the heaviest I'd ever been in my life... It got to the point that one day I went for a walk & my legs & feet were on fire from the lack of circulation & physical activity..
Since then its been about 5 months I've come a long way in many health aspects. I've lost a little over 30lbs in total.. I started focusing on eating more protein ( before I ate mostly carbs because I didn't like meat & didn't research properly all the other healthy whole food protein alternatives there are). im still working on losing another 30lbs to get to my ideal healthy bmi weight but I've taken things at my own pace & instead of focusing on cardio only, I've actually focused more on daily walks & strength training. I love that Hiit workouts & cardio gets me the results quickly but I then get worn out & fall off.. with strength training it's been some time but I'm starting to notice muscle definition in my arms even under my arm fat... & seeing that motivates me to keep going & reminds me that constiency can take you far. Summer is almost here & I'd like to expedite some fatloss
