No. Acne is generally caused by overactive hormones during puberty, and also oily skin that is not cleansed often enough. Acne and Cancer are totally unrelated. If you don't believe that, please talk with your doctor.

Usually for women acne breakouts are related to where you are in your menstrual cycle. If you have any concerns of abnormalities or they are causing discomfort though, I’d definitely recommend going to see your gp!
