Acne is a turnoff if it is not kept under control. It’s the image of unclean snd unkept.

Not saying its a turn off , but a clear skin is always much better than having pimples all of the face. for some people it might be a major turnoff.

it might also show that you dont take care of your skin and don't really focus much on ur diet. maybe that can be a huge turnoff
