Can you share what medications you personally take and for which particular condition/diseases?

I am on Methylphenidate ER (Concerta, extended release) 36mg for ADHD.


It is a stimulant, which helps manage ADHD. It counteracts the short attention span, impulsive behavior, hyperactivity, inattention, etc.


I didn’t like to be on medications, but the more I progress in college, I realize that I cannot focus on a task or sit down in lectures, so it was needed.


I used to take Zoloft for my anxiety and depression, which helped, but I stopped taking it years ago. I am doing great without it, and have managed in different ways other than medications.
