Some people swear that getting on a good exercise routine, and taking better care of their health by eating and sleeping well combats depression.
I think you just start to feel better all around over time.
Having a healthier body is probably gonna make your brain and everything else function better.

Exercise, distractions, not doing things that increase these things. Stop whacking off if you do, it helps a ton
