I mean, to me they're small and that would generally mean you're weaker (than someone with bigger muscles), but that's not a bad thing.
If you're happy and it doesn't bother you, do you.
That said, lifting especially as you age is good practice. The more muscle mass you have as you age, the better chance you have of retaining that and your fitness into old age.
A little but if you do the right things theyll grow fast. Eat good protein and train them at least twice a week
