You're very lucky not to have to deal with periods. Some women bleed so much they can actually become iron deficient. Some women have such bad periods they need to either go on the pill or even get a hysterectomy (remove the uterus, where the period blood accumulates) if it's extreme enough.

Genuinely taking an interest in reproductive health for both sexes is honestly a good thing for a young man to do. It'll put you miles ahead of your peers and get you serious points with the ladies.
