Dose any one know what these white spots on my ankle are called or what might cause the spots?

Looks like just basic skin pigment loss. It happens to some people. Just gotta be like extra careful if you are in the sun.

overall the only real risk of the condition appears a increased risk of just sun burn and possible hearing impairment. Overall its all very much survivable and treatable. For the most part is just remember to reapply sunscreen to your feet. XD.

If it's itchy it could be mycosis which is a fungal infection. Or
If you were laying out in the sun and got burned/tanned then it could be from that.

Looks kinda like vitiligo to me. I have had something like that on the back of my hand for a long time already

Oh I’ve had something similar happened to my legs, it was itchy and for me it turned out to be a fungal infection (after swimming at a public pool).
