If a person is very obese, they might “waddle” because it is easier to keep balanced rather than taking larger steps. Their joint range of motion may also be limited due to the extra tissue/fat making more difficult to bend and extend their legs in a normal way

Because they have trouble moving I guess. Hey, at least they're not just sitting at home in front of the TV.

Look at the fat placement or deposits. Then honestly explains the shows on the physical frame why they seem so waddle or sway from side to side
