Ob/gyn doctor visit?

i had a surgery with this ob/gyn doctor. He is friendly and kind to answer all my questions. i had a follow up appointment after the operation around my stomach area yesterday. I laid down and doctor checked the surgery scar on my stomach. He rubbed it around 10 times and said i had what it’s called keloid scar. I felt that he sometimes touched my hips after rubbing the scar. Is this normal for doctor to touch your hip since it’s not related to the operation area?

Seems normal to me and its not like he rubbed you any lower.
