Besides the obvious current use of Viagra, is it STILL used for heart and circulatory problems?

I know that the drug was developed to help heart and circulatory patients by opening veins and arteries to enable better circulation for heart sufferers, but is it STILL use that way or are their better meds to help heart patients.

I’m a pharmacist and have never seen it prescribed for heart issues, only for sexual reasons. For one thing, they are ridiculously expensive… like $20 or more for each pill. There are much cheaper ways to deal with heart issues. People who use them for sex don’t usually take them every day, so the cost is more reasonable for them.

I buy from India, and only pay about 2-3 dollars a pill.
