What happens if a 19 y. o. takes viagra but doesn't need it?

If they have an undiagnosed heart condition or other stuff, then they could die, have a heart attack, etc.

plenty healthy young people fall dead playing sports due to unknown conditions, why should anyone take a risk

Viagra was actually developed to treat angina, chest pain or pressure due to insufficient blood flow to the heart. Since Viagra increases blood flow, it increases it every were, including to your dick. This takes place whether "needed" or not.

Although intended for use by men with ED, lots of guys, young and old, use Viagra to overcome "whisky dick" in order to drink as much as we like. The actual affects kick in after around 30 minutes and last for a couple of hours. Viagra gives me a bad headache, so on the rare occasions I have used it, half a pill is plenty.

I'm a retired civil engineer and not a medical doctor, so don't take my advice as medical fact. Also, it's never a good ides to take any medication when you don't need to do so.

Probably nothing, but it's not a good idea to take any meds not prescribed to you of course.
My understanding is that it helps if you need it, but if you don't need it there is no effect.
