I wouldn't be concerned if I just stopped the pill, however I stopped taking it six months ago. When I was on bc, I was told to skip all my periods due to pain. When coming off it, my cycles were back to normal for four cycles. Only recently did things start to seem off. My last cycle, my period was late and on a cycle of 42 days. No pain at all (which is not normal for me). Then I started getting a lot of discharge. For this cycle that I was supposed to start (I am now 8 days late), I had so much discharge. It wouldn't stop, it was clear and had the texture of egg-white. I did have a bit of spotting with it just before my period was meant to start. I am now on day 48 of my cycle, NO PERIOD. I am stressing. Before bc, I was NEVER IRREGULAR. I am worried the bc has stuffed me over. I am concerned as to why it is only going irregular now and not when I first came off bc. I don't know why I have been getting a lot of discharge when it used to never be like this before. And there are no chances of me being pregnant. Please help. I can't see my gynaecologist until next month. Everytime I go to my gynaecologist or gp about period problems, their suggestions are to be on bc. I don't want to go back on bc until my periods are regular again. I was also on the yasmin pill. Help please

I think that you need to speak with a medical professional on stuff like this. Since I don't know you personally and don't know how your body works and another thing I am not even a woman to begin with.
I think speaking to a medical professional not weirdos on a site like this lol... Some people are really weird especially with questions like this that are legitimate questions

it'll come back. it takes awhile, esp. if you've been on bc for several years.
use alternate means of bc or abstain from sex altogether until you're back on cycle.
