Is it normal to not have your period for over 2 months after stop taking your birth control pills?

I had been taken y birth control pills for 2 weeks. After I had noticed I was gaining a lot of weight I had stopped. I am going on my second month and I still do not see any signs of my period. Is this normal?

Sure is! It can take a couple months for your body to get back to normal. A couple years ago I had gone off birth control after taking it for 8 years and it took about 4 months to get my first period and it was crazy heavy, the worst I had ever had. But then it gets back to normal. Be patient and try not to stress, it could postpone your cycle. You can always reach out to your OBGYN if you aren't sure :)

I mean probably not. See a doctor. If you hadn't taken birth control pills and was bleeding for 2 months would you think that was normal? They have pills to stop the bleeding.

Weight gain and a lack of periods could be a sign of PCOS, it’s nothing terrible and it’s very manageable provided you have the right support. See your doctor.
