Periods after birth control?

So I stopped taking the pill in June I’ve had 4 cycles since being off of them the whole reason I started taking them was because my period was super heavy and painful and now just ending my 4th cycle I’ve realized it’s gotten lighter and lighter and I’ve experienced zero cramps my period used to last 7 days I’m now on day 4 and not bleeding should I be concerned about whether or not I’m ovulating? I’m suspicious as to how easy my periods have been even on the pills it was relatively heavy and still lasted 7 days

Periods are funny things. Perhaps they’ve changed with age? I doubt the birth control is still in your system and you’ve had regular cycles since stopping.
