Athlete that got fat*X people is trying at weight loss worth it? been trying my best but nothingI don’t care that I’m fat I care that I’m not healthy?

I mean I got forced to be fat by my community so what’s the point they got what they wanted.. I can run for 30 minutes but yet at the same time walki down the street is impossible, they succeeded in trying to kill me now, just guard myself so I don’t get worse and protect the rest of my assets or try me fix myself.

I don't know but take care of yourself and maybe go to the gym and try and get in shape

Don’t know how to put off the weight. Crazy amounts of exercise isn’t working. How the weight was put on me was really unnatural. I got sedated heavily for four years I couldn’t even shower.

It’s like glued onto my body it feels like. Being fat is one thing but I honestly don’t not only not feel healthy. I feel sick always cause of my weight. I got photos of me when I was just a machine and now i can’t even see my dick past my stomach.

It takes time is a slow process cardio is imp but diet is imp too. For weightloss u need to focus on cardio. Lift some weights to build some metaboilism as mentaining muscles builds ur meta.

Just before lifting make sure u do cardio. I usually sprint for 15 mins then i skip for 15 mins. Total 30 mins of cardio then i lift weights for rest 30 mins.
