A few people in my family all got really sick yesterday and last night, including us shivering a lot and way too many body twitches. It gave me a really sore spine up through my neck. I have never been sick anything like this before

It's probably just a touch of cold virus. The past year has seen a big drop in cold and flu as people have been less in contact. So it's bound to flash in and out the system when it can.

Most of the population is deficient in iodine. The iodine sufficient body will not get sick from listeria, salmonella or most other bacteria / viral infection. Read the book 'Iodine Why You Need it' by David Brownstein, it could save your life.

My brother only got a sore throat for a few hours but me and my dad got pretty sick

Oh interesting and yeah it has given me bad stomach problems I’m going to take miralax. Maybe we all got some sort of food poisoning then
