I have had an upset stomach, headache, chills and muscle aches. I also have no energy. Last time you were sick, what did you have?

Once a month because I have two young kids and coach kids' sports. And my gym is dirty af. At this point I barely even get run down. I'm fighting something off right now. Stomach ache and congestion. I just get out in the sun as much as possible to kill the bugs with UV and keep my body cooking the bugs off with high heat too.

I have some bug. Runny nose, cough, and sweats. My chest hurts from coughing too much. My wife has it too

but that was actually a physical injury that dislodged the canaliths in my left ear. The last actual illness would have been COVID-19 in early 2020.
