Girls, Clogged milk ducts?

I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant and noticed lumps under my skin (areola) and there are now tiny dimples all around on the areola. There’s definitely some visible swelling and pain. Taking a hot shower did help and seemed to reduce the swelling but now it’s getting big again. Is this what it’s like to have a clogged milk duct? The other boob is fine.
I already have a drs appointment scheduled just want to know if there’s anything I can do until then?
