Mine is exercise! I try not to do the same every weekend. Sometimes it's cardio or sometimes it's flexibility or sometimes it's even a bit of strength training! Can you guess what this weekend is?😂
Sleeping in! It's something I really only have the chance to do when I'm off on the weekends.
Outside of that, I enjoy exercising as well :) I just finished fitness bootcamp a few hours ago (today was strength and agility), though I do that practically everyday, not just the weekend. I enjoy working out on the weekends because I don't have to rush and get ready for work afterwards: I can chill out, stretch out properly, and eat a good meal.
I play pick-up hockey on Friday nights, and then Sunday night I take an instructional hockey class the ends with an hour long scrimmage. That’s probably what I look forward to the most on weekends.
