I actually did quit, I quit smoking cigarettes, cigarillos, dutches weed and vaping, vaping actually got me smoking cigarettes so just how Its a good replacement, it's actually just as bad as cigarettes if not worse, either ways what got me to quit was how much money I was spending, I focused on quiting and with the help of chewing gum I did, not nicotine gum, normal gum lol
