I quit smoking last year. It wasn’t hard because i started using pouches as cigarettes are expensive here. I have gone months to 4 years before hand with sunflower seeds. Its really a matter of switching your habits and understanding why you do it. Pouches are no better but its just one habit over another

I've never smoked myself... but I know a few who have smoked

some of them quit "right away" and no real struggle with it... while others have been trying for years and years now

so, I guess it can go quite differently for everybody

It took a year with me by lowering the amount of cigarettes I consumed during the day until one day I didn't need it 👍🏻
