I've done it for a while, and I like it. However, it's tedious and intense if you aren't as strong in some areas I noticed. I've focused on all of the other workouts, but I'd like to incorporate this and improve on pilates/yoga. How can I improve?
yeah.. I did some years ago. I liked it, but stopped when I friend stopped as well.
I think it is very core based, so you can do other core workouts, like pull-ups.. but why not just do more pilates :D.. should improve over time :)
