scheduled a free 30 min intro class for next Sunday. It is something I have been wanting to try and willing to pay for, but I heard it can get expensive, so I just want to know if it's worth the money

whatever sport you do is only 1/3 of your weight loss at best. 2/3s is diet. so it doesn't really matter what sport you do. you can't outrun a bad diet. focus on diet and you'll lose weight no matter what sport you do.
