Glad to hear of your survival, and it not being brutal. It had never been confirmed for me, but I have a feeling I may have gotten it when it first spread worldwide. No serious symptoms, but it did feel like a pretty bad cold, and I kept smelling gasoline randomly. But maybe I'm just trippin' and never had it.

I have yet to catch CV and I hope that continues. One thing I notice some who dont wear mask doing when engaging me in conversation though is once they see me in a mask they try to greet me by shaking my hand... who the hell does that anymore? Im doing my best not give in accepting their handshake for fear of catching it.
I never got COVID, but when u say chickenpox, I think of shingles. I got shingles in '16 and that really sucks. The blotch of skin where u get the rash will always stay infected. Even after ur skin heals, in the winter and summer, the season changes cause a flare up of pain in the same spots. I hope u never get shingles.
My daughter's holiday was just delayed by a week because the family she was going with all got it. Her friend lost her sense of taste and smell.
Worldwide, about 750,000 people a day are still getting it (probably more, because testing has been reduced), but at least the death levels are well down.

Covid variant omicron BA.5 has reached New York. Here’s why doctors are concerned
A sneaky new omicron subvariant, BA.5, has arrived in New York City, and it may require another round of booster shots, according to experts.
Many New Yorkers have been enjoying a mask-free summer thanks to low Covid-19 levels that are mirrored by declining hospitalization and death figures, but early indicators like virus detection in wastewater and Covid-19 lab test results suggest infection rates are starting to rise slightly in regions across the state, state Department of Health data shows. One of my cousins and his parents caught covid. I think they're better now because they got tested recently and were negative. My aunt and my uncle went to a wedding recently so that's how they caught covid. They gave it to their youngest son who lives with them so that's how my cousin caught covid.
I heard of people who got it and they suffered but they recovered. I don’t think anyone I know has died from it but I have known multiple people who died or stopped appearing so some of them might be CoVid deaths.
Nope. I am still sick from having Covid though. I got long haul Covid from my first Covid infection July 2021. Then got Covid again feb 2022. Been sick daily for almost a year now… it’s definitely getting old.
Nope. My family and I had it a year ago. I took a nap for a week was pretty much the extent of it. We wouldn't have even known we had it except that I noticed I couldn't smell anything.
It hit me in February. Fucking sucked. I also had brain fog and shortness of breath that lasted until about April
My friend and her son just got it for the third time and it almost killed the kid. People are definitely still getting it.
I had it a couple months ago for the second time, just like a mild cold.
Yea. Some people are still getting it. Take some ivermectin if you can get it
I think covid is over. Now they invented some monkey flu or whatever
It came for my whole family but me just a week or two ago. I somehow avoided it but it was a fairly mild case for them.
Yep, got sick two weeks ago, now i am better and covid free again
Yes there is a lot of people getting COVID I work in a nursing home and we just had one.
I had it back in 2020. Very mild, thankfully. My friends in Chicago just got it. Not crazy sick, but lots of aches, pains and fogginess.
My mom did a month ago i still haven’t gotten it yet. My brother and i are the only ones in my family who haven’t gotten it
Me. Tested positive yesterday. As did my mum. And my cousin's partner.
Yes, its on the rise again.
"Omicron subvariants BA.2.12.1, BA.4, and BA.5 show higher neutralization resistance to antibodies"No, it's made up.
Like h1n1. Zika and all those other ones over the years created to spread panic.I got Covid at the start of 2022 and I only had a high fever for a day and 1/2 then when the fever dropped I ate like a pig 😷💉
Never had it thank God… although I think I did with classmates back in 2020 February… I really think we got it before it spread big time
