My friend tested positive for covid, and he said he's going to the 4th of July parade. Should I tell him not to go?

My friend tested positive for the virus about a week and a half ago. He tested again last night and he's still positive. He said that he feels completely better but he just has a cough. He said that he's going to go to the parade still. I think he said he's going to wear a face covering, but should I tell him not to go at all? He told me he went to the store yesterday too to get some pizza. I feel like he's being really irresponsible.

In this world there are people out there that believe in sharing & your friend is going to be sharing Covid if he decides to go out. On the other hand like the flu & the common cold Covid is going to circle the planet over & over until it runs it’s course.
