Does anyone get neck pains randomly?

I have also noticed this happen after I drink liquor and I wanna know if anyone has had these before, it's like a mix of neck and back pain

I had all kinds of pains all over the body, long time ago. Then I became health obsessed and honestly don't remember the last time getting neck pain, some number of years ago.
Diet plays a huge role. Posture, which is obviously affected by the diet, and our breathing patterns, and literally most people breathe incorrectly. I also do weird shit like sleeping with silver coated electrically grounded blankets that protect from non native electromagnetic fields.

I don't get them randomly no...

when I get neck or upper back, shoulders pain... I knot is is because of tension, stress, and sometimes bad posture

I was about to add that comment yes, somethings an odd sleeping position can cause some pain or discomfort later on the day

Yes. Alcohol makes me ache seconds after a small sip. I think outs an enzyme deficiency, but I don't really know.

Sometimes I'll sleep wrong apparently and wake up with a sore neck.

It goes away on its own after a while

It's definitely odd. I don't know if I've heard neck or back pain popping up out of nowhere.

If it happens when you drink alcohol, I wonder if it has anything to do with dehydration causing cramps.
