My thighs. I can barely lose weight from them.
Calves are the hardest to add mass, but hardest to workout, I'm not sure, maybe the rotator cuffs?
Doing RDLs or sumo squats can be tough for me but it’s a burn.
I enjoy working on my glutes. Love feeling the burn but I usually feel weak after the workout.

My core, l need strict diet for it to get result compare to other parts of my body.
Speaking for the people and place I live, I think it's the brain because I'm surrounded by idiots.
My chest is my toughest/weakest body part. Legs are my best /strongest
I have done my daily workout for 17 years of 500 push ups, 500 sit ups and
...500 chin ups. I started doing it bc I hated my face and wanted to distract from it. But I don't have issues with working any part of my body with that daily routine.
The back and the abs. Everything else is easy
all of it... because I never work out, lol
None. Whatever I bother to train, blows up.
