Hm nah tbh OMAD is very strict diet, its kinda dangerous and not recommended by nutritonists if u practice it everyday.. it can increase ur blood pressure n cholesterol. If u have diabetes who r taking insulin or GI issues like bloating or upset stomach, OMAD is deffo not for u.

But if u wanna try OMAD, u better try IF first, once u have ur body getting used to IF, then try OMAD for 2 days a week. If u're trying OMAD, make sure not to overeat unhealthy food or overcalories during ur main meal, and ofc its depends on ur BMI and ur activity level, how many daily intake of calories u shud take per day.

Whenever i was super busy start working since dawn to sunset, i always skipped my meal.. i mostly skipped breakfast and lunch, and only took my meal at 6pm after work. Literally my one and only meal a day.. Does it count as OMAD too? Lmao
And yes it worked.. even tho i didn't mean it well, but i had lost my weight from 49kg to 46,5kg.. and i didn't do it everyday tho, mostly like 4 days a week, depends on how busy i was..

But anyway, always speak to ur doctor before u try OMAD or another diet methods, especially if u're taking medication or have any health issues..

So yes its working to lose weight if u try omad, only if u do it correct..
I meant it works, but not healthy.. like I've won, but at what cost?

I did but only 1-2x a week, the rest of the days I just did intermittent fasting. It was very convenient but I ended up losing a lot of weight and my gym gainz lol (this is not my goal).

My wife. She's 100 mph from the moment she gets up. She exercises some. She's maintaining weight but she's not doing enough resistance exercises to build any muscle.

I know, to build muscle you need to eat. She's at a neutral state... but she's a woman so she'll find something to complain about.

For starters I had to Google OMAD & as for eating One Meal A Day it might work for some however it will not work for me because I’m thin already & my body requires food especially pizza.

I know someone who was doing it for couple of months. They have gotten sick recently. I want to ask the reason of the sickness. If it was omad or something else.
