It is good to have a little weight training in your exercise routine. Doesn't have to be a large amount. You don't need to be a power lifter. Best to start with a light set of weights and you can work your way up. YouTube has some excellent sources of education on the types of weights that you can start using. There are a lot of exercise gurus out there that'll help you along your way.

Nah not lifting weights, it depends how she lifts it up tho.. if she lifts weights to have more feminine curves and look then yeah its sexy. However if she lifts weights to have broad shoulders, strong arms then I don't like it.
Thing I find the most masculine when women do is.. if they do Martial Arts.
