Ridiculous. Your BMI is 19.9 (https://www. cdc. gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/adult_bmi/metric_bmi_calculator/bmi_calculator. html). That's in the lower part of the normal range of 18.5 to 24.9. You aren't close to being fat. If your boyfriend is saying anything to imply that you are, dump him.

I would not say you are fat. Though it is best to look at the healthy weight correlation for your BMI. You have given enough information for me to look, but I am lazy. For your height and sex, you don't seem to be fat.

You could be, who knows, going by the numbers probably not, but you could be very young with a beer belly or something. That's a subjective opinion outside of obesity and morbid obesity anyway.

What I suggest you do is download the app my fitness pal and check how much calories are in the foods you normally eat and try eating less or a different version of the product you like

Maybe. Some people store fat in their legs. Their arms. Their stomachs. You might have a good bmi. But if most of your fat accumulates somewhere unpleasant then you could feel fat.
