Why am I so insecure of my body? What do I do?

I’ve been working out in terms eating better and doing cardio like 30-45 min runs 3-5 times a week and I’ve lost some weight but I hate how bloated my stomach looks and the fact my body looks like a square. My front part looks bulky. Is it because my rib cage is big? I feel though I’m losing some belly fat, I still have to lose. I’m 120-125 pounds petite and I’m 5”2. Also my upper body seems bigger and bulky looking then my lower body. Sometimes my bloated stomach sticks out and it makes me look like an apple shape. What do I do? Seriously I need help. My upper side arms are also bigger so it makes my body look odd
