This is the thing: your BUILD is your build. You cannot do a thing about what skeletal and body shape you've inherited except to eat as best as you can and exercise moderately.
You cannot pick apart every single flaw. "This looks lopsided," "I don't like that."
That IS lopsided. You don't like that. Accept that and work around it with clothes and clothing accents.
Very few of us are models and even models obsess about their "flaws." Take joy in the fact that everything on your body WORKS and you're healthy. I've got stubby toes. So what. They work by keeping me upright. I can shovel in my garden with them. They operate the pedals of my bicycle! I can swim with them.
And NO ONE. No one has ever said to me, "Gee, your toes are ugly!" Only I notice them.
Exercise two to three times a week and if you want better results, hire a certified exercise coach: ask for credentials and talk to some of their clients. Ask how long they've been in the business. Do they look like they follow their advice? Those are the important things
All you can do is look the best you can FOR YOUR BODY and your genetics, and exercise and eat properly for long-term maintenance.
Everyone can lose weight. But unless maintaining that weight loss and body tone is doable, you're setting yourself up for failure. Embrace your uniqueness. No one looks like you. No one thinks like or is as nice, smart, wise-ass or whatever it is you bring to the table. Stubby toes be damned!!

You look great! We're the same height. I'm around 145 pounds I think? Which is about 68kgs? Or close to it. I'm a medium sized person. I've lost a lot of weight and still learning to adjust to that and I have some body dysmorphia so I can understand how you feel about your body. We all come in different shapes and sizes and hold different proportions, so even if we were all the same weight, we would all look different. Genetics and body structure do vary. I carry most weight around my legs and I have a hard time wearing anything that doesn't cover them, personally. You look great and all I can say is keep working out, try different training routines and nourish your body with all foods in moderation. 🥰🥰
Work on that butt. Hit the stairclimber with a vengeance and start doing a lot of squats. And if you're open to cosmetic work. You might want to consider larger breasts (this isn't a must. Jennifer Lopez pulls off smaller breasts). Basically what I'm saying is if you can't decrease certain parts of you. You need to increase these other parts. It'll make the other parts appear smaller.
Now having said this I think you look fine Just how you are. You need to start loving yourself. I only suggested what I did because you're unhappy. But if you don't start loving yourself you'll NEVER be happy regardless of what you change. Good luck hun.
You look good. But if you are looking to slim further, try these:
Have high fiber foods 1 hour before bedtime.
Train twice a day. Morning cardio and resistance training later in the afternoon or evening.
Protein and oil diet. No carbs, sugar, preservatives and low salt.
Change your workout routine weekly and go hard with intensity.
No alcohol, drugs and cigarettes (even on cheat days)
Drink coffee or tea before workouts.
Make sure you're getiing enough zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron.
And most importantly chill out, relax, sleep a lot and dont stress.

You look amazing. I know it's really hard and easier said than done to have a healthy relationship with your body. I think you look fantastic. I'm similar in size to you and I've taken up the gym as I try to get toned and I want some definition in my arms and shoulders. I've lost 25kgs (55 pounds) and it took me a full year to lose it and the last 6 months I've just been able to maintain it and haven't lost any more but I'm happy and my doctor says I'm medically healthy. Don't try to buy in to BMI or any of that as that isn't always accurate. You can get a full body scan that takes your muscle, bone, fat percentage for accurate results. I'm 5'4 tall and about 150 pounds now. You look fit and healthy to me. Hugs ❤
My best advice to anybody who’s struggling with body image (cause I’ve been there and still am!!) is to focus on being fit and healthy rather than how your body looks. When you start making healthier food choices and it becomes a lifestyle, and do the kinds of exercises you enjoy, your body will transform on its own.
A lot of it is mental too. Seriously. My body transformed when I was 21 because I decided to have a lifestyle change. Looking back I can’t believe I used to obsess over how my jeans fit etc cause now (touch wood lol) I fit into everything nicely and it’s because I started focusing on how my body *felt* rather than looked. Also I’d recommend trying out strength training/weight lifting if you want to change your body shape/look better, there’s plenty of videos on YouTube if you want to do your research.
Whatever you decide to do, just make sure you enjoy it that way you’ll see results faster.I have a really similar body type. And I can tell you that I am also insecure about my body. I think you look great. I feel like when I see people with the same body type I always think they look amazing and how are they so confident and I'm not. You are your own toughest critic. You see things other people don't see. I always have to try to remember I'm working on trying to be more body positive. Everyday I try to find something that I like about my body. And try not to think of the things I don't like about it. I'm trying to go to the gym eat healthy just trying to work on my overall appearance so I'm not so insecure. You can do it just work on Fitness and a healthy lifestyle. You will get there and you'll be happy with the results. But you got to remember it doesn't happen overnight. And you have to keep working at it
Yes I understand why you feel that way. I have a similar body.
its not the typical trend body of small waist with curved hips and a booty. Or it’s not a typical balanced hourglass either.
i totally get how you feel. But what I learnt is.. I had to get over the fact I didn’t have the “ideal body shape according to female beauty standards”. Even when I had the ideal weight for my body and people said I looked good. I couldn’t like myself because in my mind only an hourglass figure or curves in the right area type of bone structure looks good. And I just don’t have that, and I had to learn to accept that.
Until you accept you just don’t have a certain body shape. You won’t ever like your body. It is really hard to do. Believe me. But you have to try.You look good, don’t worry too much! I also have problems with bloating, you should look up food that are high FODMAP and try to avoid/minimize eating them (like dairy, food high in sodium, mushrooms, artichokes, cauliflowers, etc - you can look it up on google :) )
Also steady state cardio like running does help you in dropping those lbs and fat but it won’t give you a shapely toned body. You should incorporate some resistance training or HIIT (high intensity interval training) cardio to help you get more toned and more shapely. Good luck!!So the main thing is, your a woman. Which means your naturally less Muscle by % of body weight. So your arms aren't going to ever look toned, and if they do its actually very unattractive.
As a guy, we are attracted to feminine looking bodies, and thats what yours is. No self-respecting male with any testosterone or balls likes the “muscular” woman look. We wanna be the man in the relationship lol. Your weight for height is very normal, so honestly i would just maintain what your doing and your good to go.
Fat is bad, and your not fat. You look like a healthy natural woman, which is what turns us on.You have no reason to feel insecure, But sadly most of us women do.
First of all you are in the healthy weight range for your height, which is important, despite what you may think you are perfectly healthy. You have a nice slim waist.
Sadly, I know from experience that we CAN'T change our body structure. We can gain or loose weight but our overall shape will stay the same.
For example, I am pear shaped. I am the same height and weight as you, with thick legs, big hips and butt, medium. waist and small breasts!
When I diet my bust is where I loose weight first. No matter what type of exercises I do I will never have a thigh gap, or long slim legs. Once I went on a crash diet and Got down to 110 lbs. I looked ridiculously thin up top, and became very completely flat chested but still had wide hips and a. big buttEat healthy and exercise but try to accept your figure as it is. All bodies are beautiful! You ook thicc (it's good trust me) and not at all odd. I would suggest a workout that will work on lengthening your muscles so you don't develop bulky muscles. Also, look into your diet *DO NOT GO ON A DIET* and find foods that work with your metabolism.
To balance out upper and lower body part, u could also try to just increase your lower part, making that booty and quads pop would balance your overall look. Deadlifts, hip thrusts, squats.
And those jeans don't make them pop its hidding something.Do nothing, and just keep going.
Sure, you may feel the "changes" are not happening fast enough. But too fast and those changes will damage your health.
Stick with your plan and maybe even spend a few bucks to get a personal trainer for a couple of months to ensure your plan is the right one.
Important thing is not to worry about things you can't change, and keep track of things that you can.You look great, beautiful even. I myself have been struggling with my body ever since I was around 11. Last year I finally made the step to lose weight and I have. I'm still not 100% with myself but definitely more then I was. Id love to talk to you more about it if you'd like. Share what has and hasn't worked for ourselves.
I personally think your body os really beautiful. Most girls get insecure about there bodies because they see a more attractive body on a model , been bullied because of there appearance , because they are not approachable , or they think certain body parts aren’t attractive (none of these are true by the way only in the insecure girls head )
Join the club. I DESPISE how short I am, and the entire rest of my body to where I was diagnosed with BDD. I think you'll be better in due time; just keep up what you're doing. I can't just go to the gym to get taller though.
you look ok to me. also if bloating is your main problem, eat less salty foods, since they can cause water retention and this is what causes bloating.
Target the spots you're insecure about. Belly fat - situps and crunched. If you arnt in pain during the workout then it'll take longer to get the results you want.
What do you imagine is wrong with your body? It looks fine to me.
"I’m 120-125 pounds petite and I’m 5'2"" Nothing wrong with that. You do not have a slender frame.I think from what you have shown that you are just fine. Don't overthink it. You are eating well and exercising. Hang in there!
Perfect body with attractive physical appearance... And sure God bless you with fabulous gorgeous face..
You must tell us why are you insecure.
You have boobs you have butt you have hands legs eyes face and all functioning.
I don't see what's bothering you?Dont tuck in your stomach because over time that will cause bloating.
