Why I am so insecure of my body?

I am told I am very attractive and I have no problem getting the girls but I do not like my body. I dont know how to get rid of my insecurity why this happens?

I am so embarrased I cannot ask how do I look questions and I can't take my shirt off in public becuz I feel everyone will stare at me. But I always hide I act confident and no one knows these until now

stop comparing yourself to others, what you want in your body. stop focusing on your flaws and ignoring your strengths. everyone has flaws.
