I have both, but anxiety is easier to handle for me, but it's also the more frequent. I'm bipolar, but lean towards the manic side, I don't have depression episodes often, but when I do, they're really rough.
I’ve had both, and for me, it’s easier to push through depression than it is for my physical anxiety. Like my body just reacts way more aggressively to anxiety than depression.
In my opinion, depression is worse. Especially the loss of energy and motivation that comes along with it.
they're kind of intertwined, but i find anxiety to be easier to help manage and cope with

Man I've got both, and they can both be cripplings I can't really say one is better or worse than the other
I have both.
I rather have depression.
Anxiety makes me do stupid stuff and keep me up all. night. and question myself.
