Trending & News it is not the same for everyone... but generally speaking, a person can go with depression for years and years, even a life time... anxiety can be much more intense sometimes therefore more enervating
Boy, this is a challenging question. I've dealt with anxiety and seeing other people deal with it as well. Anxiety attacks, can certainly have big physical repercussions that can debilitate you. I'm wondering if anxiety, if not dealt with properly can lead to depression. I probably think depression might be the worst of the two. Might be harder to dig out from that hole.
Depends on the severity. But at the most extreme end probably depression because that one leads to death more.

Anxiety as I have it and depression as well but my depression has never a huge problem like debilitating. My anxiety was been high when I was younger like I was going to die of a heart attack and couldn't breathe around crowded people.
Anxiety is way worse. Like if you've never had depression you have no idea how bad it can be. Same thing with anxiety. And anxiety can be a causative factor in depression.
For me personally, anxiety is harder to manage than depression
Anxiety will send you to the ER, depression won't.
