i did my 30 min morning workout for 17 minutes and i was about to throw up why is this and should i be working out if so

Seems like you overdid it, too much workout in the hot weather, too low bloodsugar, bloodpressure problems, ... i think its best to get checked up by a doctor if this happens again.

Ask your doctor first. It’s common if you aren’t consistantly working out or if you push yourself further than you are ready for.
