Are Bat bites ever just one dot?

Are Bat bites ever just one dot.

Found a small dot on my finger that was barely visible.
Wouldn't have found if I didn't use rubbing alcohol on it.
Hit something went I was for a walk on my treadmill.
I was also listening to heavy metal while walking, increasing the incline and decresing the incline fairly often.

Would that have scared a bat away from there if one existed there?

It's far more likely that you hit an insect than a bat, and extremely unlikely that you were bit, but if you were bit, it's highly likely that the bat has rabies, as that's about the only time they bite humans. Rabies is nothing to play around with - if you don't get a shot within a few days, you will literally go crazy and die.

I would get to a doctor asap and get a medical opinion rather than relying on the Internet.
