THC has no addictive properties, it can be habit forming or you can form a dependancy on it but not a chemical addiction... caffeine is addictive, THC is not.

If you are struggling, then I would suggest you start counseling or join a group.

Slowly lower your dose to the point where you only smoke before bed. Once you are on a very small dose it will be much easier to quit
