Hbu?
Do you go to the gym?
Hbu?
I do! Well, I go to the dojo twice a week for martial arts and the climbing gym three times a week. But the climbing gym also has weights and cardio stuff (not that I do that right now, just focusing on getting in more climbs for now).
I also have some basics at home like a pull up bar, light kettlebell, resistance bands, and space for home practice and bodyweight.
Goal is to start running, too. Nothing huge, but I'd like to work up to 2-3x a week running a 5km.
I got COVID and I want to make sure I strengthen my cardiovascular system as much as I can. Plus martial arts and climbing would benefit.
Girl power !!! You sound so kick ass 😂
Lmao I love the last one 😂 That’s one way to celebrate.
~I used to go to the gym, but now I just do runs/laps at a lot, not too far from my place. After that, I work on exercises that focus on core without lifting any actual external weights, other than my own.
If I see decent progress… I may go back to the gym, and become the gym rat of my dreams 👐😃 lol
No. I have my own equipment at home. If I had to go somewhere in order to exercise I know I would almost never get any exercise, but since I have stuff at home I do it much more often. Plus, at home I can have cold drinks before, during, and after working out. It is usually milk before, Gatorade during, and milk after.
It's a huge part of my life at the moment, and I look forward to every session. It teaches the importance of hardwork and discipline, and those qualities can transfer elsewhere in other aspects of life.

No, I've gone a few times in the past but not as much. My job is basically my work out cause I walk most of my shift and I get out late so I'm pretty tired. On my days off I just want to relax but chances are I'll go out somewhere anyway and end up walking more.
I rarely go to the gym and yet I have faint abs lmao
Mbn 😂
Yes I do. I'm there 6 days aweek.. I do 1.5 hours of lifting and 30-45 mins of cardio..
I usually go on my way home from work so my hours vary.
Yes. But it’s not a typical gym. Marital arts studio.
marital arts studio... definitely one of a kind, lol
Stop peeing in my opinion. Don’t like it? Block me.
cute try... lmao
@NathanDavis All in or go home.
I miss poker nights...
@NathanDavis I’m hungry.
hungry on the road?
for someone reason, I always assume that whenever you're here at G@G you're riding your bike or outdoors somewhere... lol
I don’t bring GaG with me on rides, no. I get brought in off and on through the day when notifications are on though.
I've actually had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Eddie Hall (UK) who was the 2017 World's Strongest Man... And what a bloody big guy he was/is, absolutely huge!
Yeah, it kind of started when my girlfriends years ago wanted to do classes together, and we were both already active. Also have a treadmill and weights downstairs for those wake-up and express it out situations.
nope. I don't go to the gym on account of i just recently got into exercising so I don't really need the equipment... or sweaty fuks everywhere.
I am doing everything at home and no I don't have a home gym setup
So it's HIIT without equipment , a hour of walking and food habits that's in my routine
no, I don't like them at all... and I don't need them either
been doing sports for over two decades so that keeps me fit and in shape
For a minute I thought you stole my picture, that top guy looks a lot like me except I don't have a mohawk. Mine is shaved smooth
What would you do if someone stole your picture?
And put it as there profile picture
Honestly I don't care. If they wanted less attention I'd suggest they stick with their own profile pic. No one wants a old man profile pic
Yep, 6 times a week for like the last 3 months.
Prior to that, I've been consistent for 5 1/2 years, going 5x a week.
Usually only once or twice a week. I do my workouts at home the rest of the days.
No. I don't like exercising in front of people. I still do workout though but at home.
I most certainly do! It keeps me strong and lean, and helps me feel great and defy my age!
I have been a gym rat since the 9th grade. i have been to a few different gyms over the years and have a home gym setup when we had covid.
Yup and I try to go when it’s convenient for me but if anything I prefer at night
I only do cardio I don’t like muscles... and it helps my medical condition
Yup and also everyday when I go to work since I do manual labor for a living.
I wish I could go to the gym as it has those awesome machines, but I already have fairly good muscles, as I exercise regularly.
Meanwhile I'm literally checking google to go at the quietest possible time.
