What is aesthetically the ideal waist-to-height ratio for men in the healthy range?

So I know that the guideline says a healthy waist to height ratio is 0.4 to 0.49, indicating no increased health risks, but if you had to narrow it down to 2 decimal points within this paricular range, that would be both most "aesthetic", what would your opinion be? Somewhere exactly in the middle like 0.45?

0.40/0.41
0.42/0.43
0.44/0.45
0.46/0.47
0.48/0.49
